I am excited to report that I'll be on the bus to Albany for the January 23 Hydrofracking Day of Action in Albany NY. As of today there may still be seats available for the bus from Rochester and you will need to contact Anna Sears, R-Cause, ASAP.
If you are interested in driving to Albany here is the agenda of the day which has been organized by Citizens Campaign
Arrive Albany by 10:30 a.m.
10:30am – Arrive in Albany - bring signs!
11:00-12:00pm (or 12:30’ish) – rally in “The Well” of the Leg. Building
12-1PM – Lunch - bring your own food and water – not enough time to find a restaurant.
1:00-4:00pm – Legislative visits - please be sure to register beforehand as this makes the day run a whole lot smoother: http://www.citizenscampaign.org/special_features/fracking/fracking-day-of-action.asp
Our voices are being heard on this massive, web-entangled issue. I look forward to making mine heard again... High volume hydraulic fracturing affects every citizen in every corner of our state. We must keep the pressure on our State officials and Gov Cuomo: No Fracking!
